Help centerWorkspace
Members and roles
Invite teammates and what owners, admins, editors and viewers can do.
A workspace holds your projects and the people who work on them. Every member has one role, which applies to every project in the workspace.
Roles
- Owner
- Can: Everything, including managing admins and the workspace.
- Admin
- Can: Projects, prompt allocation, AI models and project settings, connecting Crawl insights, and inviting or managing editors and viewers. Plus everything an editor can do.
- Editor
- Can: Prompts, topics and tags, brands and competitors, and recommendations (accept, move, refresh suggestions, save new ones). Can test URLs in Crawlability.
- Viewer
- Can: Read-only access to every report, answer and action.
